The telemetered water quality data from the OSU/HMSC dock data sonde are provided without Quality Assurance certification. While all instruments are calibrated prior to deployment, there may be inaccurate data resulting from biofouling of sensors, sensor failure, or other causes. The OSU/HMSC and EPA PESD are not responsible for the accuracy of these uncertified data and are not liable for damages or injuries resulting from or otherwise related to their use. The data are presented pursuant to an MOU between OSU/HMSC and EPA PESD.
